Payment, Shipping Methods
What sort of payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard and paypal and AFTERPAY.
Credit card - If you opt to pay via credit car you will be taken to eWAY's secure payment gateway to complete your payment.
Paypal - if you opt to pay via paypal you will be taken to paypal's secure payment portal to finalise payment.
AFTERPAY - Buy now, Pay later in 4 fortnightly instalments. Interest free payment option.
CAN I PICK UP MY ORDER?
Yes, you are welcome to collect from our studio located at
Raymond Terrace, NSW 2324
We are open Monday-Friday 10am -6pm, Appointments are required for pickup.
Please select the pick up option at checkout, and we will then notify you when your order is ready for collection and pickup address in full.
HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?
Our shipping costs vary according to the product you are ordering, starting from $6.95 for standard and $9.95 for express.

HOW DO I TRACK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?
All orders are sent via Australia Post with tracking numbers. Once your order has been dispatched you will receive an email with your the tracking number. You can track your item on the Australia Post website.
If you dont receive the email please check your spam or deleted items folder just incase it has landed in there.
Please call or email us if you need help tracking something down as we are always happy to assist.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I HAVE MISSED MY DELIVERY?
If you have missed the delivery of your parcel and have received a re-delivery card, please follow the instructions on there to arrange with the couriers.
If you have a missed delivery card from the postie, they will leave a card advising the post office you can collect your parcel from.
If the postie or courier driver didn’t leave a card, please track your item and you will be provided with the redelivery information/collection location. Alternatively, please get in touch with us and we will happily assist you.
DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
Unfortunately not yet. We hope to in the near future though.
DO YOU OFFER EXPRESS DELIVERY?
On items such as invitations, stationery, photo name prints, small prints we sure do. Please select the express shipping option at checkout.
Please note that express shipping excludes the production time. For example if you ordered a personalised milestone board on Monday, production time is up to 3 business days after you ordered it. (ie Tuesday, Wednesday+ Thursday), so it would be booked in for dispatch on the Thursday or Friday depending on what time approval has been provided. Therefore you would receive it either on the Friday or Monday if your address is next business day delivery.
If you are not sure if you are within the express post network, please view the postcodes it services for delivery from Sydney through the Australia Post Website.
On larger and very fragile items, we don't offer it normally. However if you need it urgently please do get in touch and we can get a custom quote on express shipping for you.

Accordingly, Unforgettable Designs cannot and will not be held responsible for any delays in delivery or any alleged loss or damage caused by circumstances outside of Unforgettable Design's control resulting in delayed deliveries.
